CEO BIO

Mike Nadolski is President and CEO of Creative eLMNts Inc. He offers his clients the many benefits of his unique blend of experience in business, education and the performing arts.

His business experience includes more than 15 years as an employee and consultant with businesses large and small, including two global enterprises: Whirlpool Corporation and Kohler Co. Mike has led or implemented programs and initiatives in change management, diversity and inclusiveness, team building, personal development planning, talent management, national product launches, sales training, employee orientation, performance management, organizational competencies and individual & organizational assessments. He has designed and implemented a variety of learning and development activities for classroom and web-based delivery. His entreprenurial spirit has led him into real estate where he's been a licensed REALTOR and investor in Michigan since 2004 (www.CoreRei.com). He is also President of KickBike Mike LLC (www.KickBikeMike.com), the company behind the national web distribution of kickbikes from KickBike America (www.KickBikeAmerica.com) and President of Third Coast Performing Arts Inc. (www.3rdCoastArts.com), a Michigan-based not-for-profit performing arts organization just founded in late 2009. 

 

Mike’s experience in education includes serving on the faculty and staff of Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois (1986-1990) and Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia (1991-1995). He spent nine years collaborating, teaching and learning with faculty, staff and students in the fields of television broadcasting, journalism and multimedia technology. He currently creates and delivers a variety of learning and development sessions for the Workforce Training Institute of Lake Michigan College and custom creates in-house and public learning sessions for various companies and organizations. 

Mike has been an improvisational theatre student, performer and teacher for over 30 years. He has produced, directed and performed with The Practical Theatre Co. in Chicago, Bridges Theatre and Workshop and Smarty Pants Theater Co. in Benton Harbor, Michigan and various other improv troupes througout the Midwest. Mike has taught improv workshops with Southern Streets Theatre in Atlanta and The Dream Academy in Benton Harbor Michigan. He studied improvisational theatre extensively with The Players Workshop of Second City Theatre in Chicago. He has directed musical productions for Children’s Music Workshop (CMW) and served as Drama Director and Program Manager for CMW's Summer Theatre Workshop Series from 2004 - 2008. He continues to serve as assistant director and guest instructor for the Drama Ministry of the Second Baptist Church of Benton Harbor and teaches improvisational theatre and comedy workshops to groups upon request. Mike also MC's community events and acts in and/or directs stage productions, appears in video, film and TV projects and does voicework for radio commercials and other media or business projects.
