Since 2000, Chef Mike has appeared at locations throughout southwestern Michigan including Shadowland Pavillion, The State Theatre, The Citadel Oak Auditorium, Bridges Theatre & Workshop, Benton Harbor Area Schools, St. Joseph Public Schools, Rotary International Events, Atlantic Automotive, and The Twin City Playhouse.
